The U.S. Department of Justice's Bridging Immigration-Related Deficits Experienced Nationwide (BIDEN) grant program provides $3 billion in funding to eligible states, state agencies, local governments, and tribal governments to strengthen immigration enforcement capabilities and public safety.

The BIDEN grant program is available to eligible:

Award periods range from 36 to 60 months, providing agencies with long-term funding to modernize equipment and improve operational capabilities. Applicants must participate in a 287(g) partnership.
